Open to any woman age 14 and up, any denomination, at any spiritual or physical fitness level. All women need to be nourished.

There is a strong connection between the health of our physcial and spiritual beings. As Christians we routinely encourage feeding our spiritual self, but rarely do we address the physcial. God calls us to care for our physical vessel, and we minister best to others when both sides are at their fullest. If we do not address this we run the risk of prematurely losing some of our dearest sisters and ourselves, cutting short the mission for which God has called us to.
